Balance Snapshot provides a consolidated, day-by-day record of balances across all your Core Vaults in a single CSV. It’s especially handy for reconciliation, reporting, and audits.

Export balances

Here’s how to export a Balance Snapshot:
1

Open Core Vaults

In the sidebar, go to Vaults → Core Vaults.
2

Open the export panel

Click Export to open the export options.
3

Choose the export type

Under Export Type, select Balance Snapshot.
4

Select a date range

Under Date Range, choose a single date or a range. The default is the last 30 days, and you can export up to one month at a time.
5

Download the file

Submit the export. We’ll email you a download link as soon as the file is ready, which usually takes under 3–4 minutes. The link stays valid for 7 days, so be sure to download your file before then.

What’s in the export

The export is a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and most other spreadsheet tools.
  • Daily balances. Balances are saved once a day in UTC, so the dates in your file follow UTC rather than your local time zone.
  • All Core Vaults you can view. Vaults you don’t have access to aren’t included.
Here’s what each column in the file contains:
Balance Snapshot covers Core Vaults only. Exchange Vaults aren’t included in this export.
Need a month-end report? Set the date range from the first to the last day of the month and export once, so you get the whole month in a single file.

FAQs

How long does the export take? Usually under 3–4 minutes. We’ll email you the download link as soon as the file is ready. How far back can I export? Each export can cover up to one month. If you need a longer period, run a separate export for each month. How long is the download link valid? The link is valid for 7 days. After that it expires, but you can run the export again at any time to get a fresh link. Why are some of my vaults missing? Exports only include the Core Vaults you have permission to view. If a vault you expected is missing, ask a workspace admin to update your access, then run the export again.
