Overview

In this configuration, you operate a single branded workspace that you fully control as the primary customer of the PrimeVault WhiteLabel Product. Your end-customers are onboarded as sub-orgs within your workspace, where you define and manage all policies governing their vault interactions.

Operational Structure

  • Workspace Ownership: You own and control the workspace
  • Customer Onboarding: End-customers are created as sub-organizations within your workspace
  • Policy Management: You centrally manage policies that control:
    • Asset transfers and withdrawals
    • Balance visibility and reporting
    • DeFi transaction capabilities
    • Spending limits and approval workflows
    • Whitelisting rules for destinations
  • Administrative Control: You retain full administrative privileges across all customer vaults
  • Key Backup: You manage private key backups and disaster recovery processes for all customer vaults
In this architecture, you hold the legal ownership and title of funds in most jurisdictions, even if your customers are able to spend their own balances.
This model is best suited for licensed money transmitters, EMIs, qualified custodians or similarly regulated entities
